5 Delicious Healthy Breakfast Ideas for Autumn / Winter!

Hey guys,
I love breakfast, and food, and autumn so today I thought I'd do a post on great healthy breakfast ideas for when you want something yummy, quick and not full of sugar!

1- Porridge, Banana and Agave
Porridge is always great, i always make mine with milk and use the microwave to do it. Add some agave nectar, a natural sweetener which is so yummy, and a chopped up banana and yum, your done!

2- Blueberry Banana Pancakes
These are one of my favourites. Make up your pancake mix by putting together one banana, one egg, a bit of milk and some flour to make it thicker and more like batter, and a handful of blueberries. Cook them in a pan and enjoy, they're So good with yoghurt too.

3- Fruity layer pot
Get a cup or pot and layer up greek yoghurt, granola and strawberries/raspberries. Tastes like desert and  is really healthy! Win win!

4- Sticky cereal bars.
These take a bit longer, so if i"m making them I'll make a batch at the weekend and keep them in the fridge. Just take oats, granola, dried fruits, seeds, nuts, (optional chic chips) and cereal (optional) and mix them together. Then to make them sticky add agave nectar or honey and mix them up till its all sticking together. Shape into bars or balls and cook in the over for about 20mins. You can eat them warm (SO yummy) or save them for another day.

5- Apple crumble (!!!!!)
This is the BEST. Take some cooking apples and stew them so you have a warm apple sauce. Don't add sugar to keep it a little healthier, they don't need them anyway. Once you have your apply sauce, pour this into a bowl. Then in a separate bowl mix together granola and oats and add a little agave to make it stickier. Spread this over the apple at a crumble top. Add a dollop of greek yoghurt and your all good, so delicious, definitely my favourite and pretty darn healthy too!

I definitely recommend trying these out, they're SO yummy! Especially the last one! If you do try them then please let me know, my instagram and twitter will be linked at the side of the page. Hope this was useful!
Thanks,
Grace x :)
